Accountant - Full Time
• Assist revenue processor to resolve discrepancies on a regular basis
• Resolve merchant credit card disputes
• Assist in preparation of bank deposits as needed
• Process month end discrepancy reports
• Prepare journal entries as appropriate
• Keypunching journal entries
• Assist in monthly financial statement closing and preparation of financial statements
• Reconciliation of general ledger accounts
• Other duties as assigned
Independent, self starter; good communication skills; detail oriented; 10 key by touch; proficient in Excel and MS Word; working knowledge of Shares or other airline reservations system
