Health Professional
• Ability to perform Wellness Screenings, specimen collection (blood draws or fingerstick).
• Must have a current licensure, certification or medical training (such as RN, LPN, MedTech, Medical Assistant and Paramedics)
• One year of current phlebotomy experience and/or completion of 100 blood draws
• Valid driver’s license or state id and your own transportation
• Excellent communication, organizational and technical skills
• Interpersonal skills, including tact, professionalism and courtesy, to work successfully with clients, management, and office staff
• Computer proficiency including Internet access
Phlebotomy skills with experience in venipuncture and fingerstick. CPR certification preferred but not required. Applicants should be comfortable with collecting biometric data. We provide mandatory online training courses and an in-person training session prior to working Events.

Hourly: $25 per hour base, Completion of error-free Events can increase your rate to $30 per hour
Expense reimbursement subject to Event circumstances
Examiner Portal – you receive your own login/password to our scheduling portal to sign up for open Events
Screenings are staffed on a first come, first serve basis on the portal
An Event Manager may also contact you directly if needed for specific Screenings
