CRUISE DIRECTOR (Japanese/English Language required) - Ensures total guest satisfaction before, during, and after the cruise even by assisting all guests to feel comfortable and enjoy every aspect of the dinner cruise.
In addition, The Cruise Director (CD) serves as an interpreter and liaison for solving all problems that might arise during the cruise. The CD ensures that all problems, questions, and concerns of the guests are resolved in a timely manner and to communicate to both the guests and to the dining room supervisor any and all concerns directly related to the food service staff. The CD will assist the deck managers and waitstaff in providing speedy and friendly service to the guests and will generally act as the Public Relations person for all guests.

WAITSTAFF- Under the direction of the Manager and/or the Supervisor, our Waitstaff is responsible for the preparation and set-up of the dining rooms in an attractive and pleasant manner according to the specific standards established for each department. Also responsible as assigned for the loading and/or dispatching of all guests from specified pickup areas at the hotel locations to the appropriate assigned vehicles. Escort guests to the dinner cruise and will present appropriate stickers, drink tickets, briefings, and other materials as required and appropriately escort or direct guests to their specific dining areas. Will be assigned to a specific number of guests throughout the dinner cruise and is required to provide the complete service cycle as specified in the training program in a highly professional, efficient, and friendly manner. Also be assigned other duties such as entertainment routines, guest participation, escorting of guests safely to assigned vehicles at the end of the dinner cruise, and complete clean up of all dining areas to include, but not limited to, linens, bussing, trash, equipment, and other assigned responsibilities.
