In addition to a broad line of meat, frozen food, and grocery products encompassing more than 5,500 active SKUs, H&W produces and markets several proprietary product lines. To its retail grocery customer, H&W distributes a line of raw, frozen, teriyaki marinated hamburger patties, chicken burgers, short ribs, and chicken thighs under the "May’s” brand name. The company has laid plans to extend the brand to a number of other products, such as pre-cooked versions of existing fresh or frozen products, raw and pre-cooked sliced teriyaki beef and chicken, pre-cooked entrees, packaged deli meats, etc.

Palama Meat Company
Palama Meat Company was established in 1952 merged with H&W foods in 1998 as a valued added meat processor and wholesaler. In 2000, H&W Foods and Palama were integrated in a single processing and warehousing facility in Kapolei. Together the two arms of business rank in the top five food service distributors in Hawaii and the South Pacific.

This state-of-the-art facility (in a 77,500 square foot plant in Kapolei) is an essential resource because of Hawaii’s isolation in the Pacific). Completed in 2001, is one of the most advanced meat processing and distribution facilities in the country. The plant is equipped to cut and package meat, and is fully complaint with USDA standards.
