Senior Level:
Analyzes business and technical requirements, uses case specifications, design documentation, and software defect reports to develop, modify, implement and enhance web-based software applications. Utilizes a broad array of tools combined with enterprise platform knowledge and experience. Works with open source and market-leading commercial technologies. Mentors and serves as a technical resource to less experienced Developers.

Junior Level:

Utilizes a broad array of tools combined with enterprise platform knowledge and experience. Works with open source and market-leading commercial technologies.

Senior Level:
Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering (or other IT related field); Bachelor’s De-gree preferred. Minimum 5 years software development experience using modern computer program-ming languages and tools. Experience with HTML, Java, Javascript, MS .NET languages. Under-standing of Object Oriented concepts, SQL, experience with XML, XSLT, XSD/DTD. Application server or Servlet Container experience (admin or use of): BEA Weblogic, Apache Tomcat, JBoss. Database experience (programming, admin or use of) Oracle, MS SQL Server, MySQL. Familiarity and understanding of Web Application Frameworks: Apache Struts, Sun Java Server Faces. Familiar-ity and understanding of Web Services: Apache SOAP, Apache Web Services. Ability to compose Technical Documentation. Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture.
